This week in our lab had our prototype presentation on Monday. This went very well, the feedback we got from Farnaz was positive. After this some groups made changes to their game to comply with the suggestions that Farnaz made. Group B6 changed their lessons to make them more visually appealling. B4 added graphics to their questions to make them more visual for the client. All the groups in our lab worked on the last deliverable for the Mustard Seed Project, the final report.
The open house was held on Thursday. The Mustard Seed liked our game and gave us great feedback. They liked the fact that our game had a save feature which allowed the user to make an account and acces their previous file when they return to play the game. They also liked the way our game presented our lessons in a visual way, relating math to situations to more simple perceptible examples. From the remarks made about our game, it is safte to say it was a success.
If we were to redo this project there are a few things we could have done differently. If our entire lab started sooner we would be able to prefect our game even more. We cold have incorporated more mini games into all of our levels; this would have made our games more fun of the user. We also could have the game less trivial by intergrating the questions more into the plot of the game. If we had more time to program, our game could have been made even better.

Green Lab C April 12-16 Additional Information
This week Green Lab C did their prototype presentation to the lab T.A.'s. The lab waited more than two hours before being able to give the presentation. The presentation was a short glimpse into each table's game. There was some positive feedback along with possible improvements that could be done. These improvements varied from restructuring to making some mini games easier. Only minor changes were able to be done before the Open House due to time constraints. In the second lab period the lab debated on who would present the prototype at the open house. Along with a few minor touch ups to the game.
Open House was a success. Set up was quick as everything was supplied for the laptops and poster. Several people looked at the game excluding Mustard Seed and evaluators. These people took great interest in the game and enjoyed playing through the multiple levels. Mustard Seed clients highly enjoyed the game interface. Comments were highly positive indicating that the game was a success and could possible be integrated into their program. Our drawing instructor evaluated the aesthetically prepared poster.
There are still a few minor glitches with the game that were not noticed until open house. An example of this is the order in which you complete the game can sometimes create glitches that create multiple NPC characters. We would have liked to include more of a story line into the game. This would have created more of an interactive atmosphere for the user that would be more engaging. Adding more"mini games" would better enhance the learning experience of the Mustard Seed user. Testing by an actual Mustard Seed user would have greatly enhanced a more finished prototype that would have been modified according to the feedback.
